RATES

  • Saturday 6th April overnight in Elerai Lodge or Camp Site. Extra Nights optional Friday 5th & Sunday 7th.
  • Lodge Luxury Camp, Accommodation ONLY Kshs 5,500/- Per Person in a double. "Full Board". Special rate.
  • Extra 3rd Adult in Tent Kshs 4,400/- only "Full Board".
  • Public Camp Only 1,000/- per person -in your own Tent, (basic facility ) Plus Conservancy fee 1,250/- per Person, pay direct.
  • Full Ascent-Descent, Circular route Entry Registration fee 10,100/- only plus any extra Sponsorship you can raise for Charity. Minimum of Kshs 2,020/- ie  20% of your Entry fee goes to Charity. Payment by M Pesa 0722694242 to kimberley.
  • Entry fee per Adult rider Descent Only 12,500/- Descent Only. Includes Delivery to top, (7,000ft) then you cycle Ride 40km mostly down hill and collection at the Bottom of the ride (3,000ft). To return to HQ Satao Elerai swimming pool & refreshment Bar.
  • Additional Funds Raised by Sponsorship for the Wildlife & Conservancy Charity encouraged please.
  • Under 18 years & Black Mamba 50% Entry fee.
  • Conservancy fees of Kshs 1,250/- apply to all. Payment Direct to Satao Elerai Lodge/Camp Conservancy reception.

Funds Raised will go to the Elerai Community Trust to assist Wildlife, Water and Education, Rhino Ark, Born Free Foundation to build more Lion-Proof Boma’s for protection of ultimately the Lions as well as Sheep, Goats, Cattle & People. Additional funds will go to Rhino Ark/Rhino Charge.

START TIMES

  • Start Ascent Full ride Sun 7th April 7.15am for 7.30am Flag off.
  • Includes the Ascent 15 km gentle uphill from Satao Elerai Camp Start.
  • Descent Riders Drop off Vehicles to leave Kimana/Elerai for Rongai @ 8.00am
  • Descent Down Hill. Start At Rongai 5 km above & to the right of Loitokitok at 9.00am. Distance 35-40 km ride.
  • Finish from around noon @ Satao Elerai Lodge Camp HQ.
  • Prize Giving / 2.00pm Sunday 7th April 2013 @ Elerai HQ Swimming pool.
